Stannington Brass Band to Perform Bradfield Village Hall

BRADFIELD, UK - Stannington Brass Band is very proud of its local roots and its performances can be enjoyed in local pubs, halls and churches as well as other venues throughout the city.

For those in the North of Sheffield you now have a chance to see the band playing at Bradfield Village Hall on Friday 4th September.

The band recently broke into the top 100 ranked brass bands in the world. The rankings are published by the banding website 4barsrest and include contesting bands from across Europe, America, Australia, New Zealand and Scandinavia as well as from the UK.

For the first time in its history the Stannington troupe has also established itself as the premier band in Sheffield, for being the city's only current representative in the Yorkshire Area Championship Section.

The Bradfield Village Hall concert starts at 7.30pm, the bar will be open for alcaholic drinks and hot pork and beef sandwiches, tea and coffee will be avaialble from the kitchen.
