Bradfield Village Hall is a sizeable modern building with all the facilities expected of a high quality Sheffield wedding venue. Ample parking is available.
The building, which offers a fully licensed bar and kitchen facilities, has a capacity for up to 200 people and is a great venue to hold a full wedding ceremony and/or wedding reception in Sheffield.
Wedding Ceremonies
The hall is registered as a licensed venue for wedding ceremonies making it a great location to hold your full wedding event from ceremony and celebration through to the evening reception.
The charge for holding the ceremony at the hall is £200. This is in addition to the hall hire prices detailed below. For legal reasons you will need to book the registrar.
Catering
The hall has modern commercial kitchen facilities. Catering and event management services are provided by the resident caterers Hazels Quality Catering. Hazels specialise in providing expert catering for weddings, and are able to tailor their services to meet you budget and expectations. For more details see the Catering Section.
Bar Facilities
The hall hire prices below include the cost of a fully staffed bar until 11.30pm. A bar extension to 12 midnight is available if required. There is a charge of £20 to cover the additional staffing costs if an extension is arranged.
Tables and Chairs
The hall has sufficient tables and chairs for up to 200 people. For seated dining events the maximum number the hall can accommodate is 160. Use of the tables and chairs is included.
Stage
The hall has a large stage which is 24ft wide by 12ft deep. This can be utilised for many purposes such as hosting the top table or accommodating a band of DJ. It is also ideal for hosting wedding ceremonies.
Cleaner Services
If required, a post wedding event cleaning service is available at a cost of £30.

Booking the Hall for a Wedding
To provisionally book the hall for your wedding, please first check your preferred date is available (see above), then complete the Booking Enquiry Form. Upon receipt, we will get back to you confirm all your requirements. There is no obligation in placing a provisional booking.
